Being called to testify the HDP MPs: We don't go to court to testify

ANKARA - Public Prosecutor of Muş called the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Muş MPs Ahmet Yıldırım and Burcu Çelik Özkan to testify within the scope of the investigations launched against them after lifting the immunity of the deputies. As five separate summary of proceedings have been prepared against the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) MP Burcu Çelik Özkan, the MPs stated that they won't go to court to testify by recalling their party's principle stance on this issue.
The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) MPs have been begun to being called to testify within the scope of summary of proceedings against them after the changes of "blow" Constitution which have been presented by the AKP, were approved and entered into force. The HDP Muş MPs Ahmet Yıldırım and Burcu Çelik Özkan were called to testify yesterday by Public Prosecutor of Muş.
As the MPs haven't been informed within which scope of files they were called, the MPs stated that they won't go to court to testify by recalling their party's principle stance on this issue.
There are five separate summary of proceedings against the HDP MP Burcu Çelik Özkan and six separate summary of proceedings against the HDP MP Ahmet Yıldırım. The summaries of proceeding have been prepared against Burcu for "making propaganda of an organization" and "insulting".
