NEWS CENTER - The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) release a report titled "Curfews and Blockades in Kurdistan". According to report, 1161 people, including 108 children and 107 women have been killed in the war concept and curfew has been declared in one city center and seven cities and curfew has been imposed totally 1242 days in Kurdistan.

A report titled "Curfews and Blockades in Kurdistan" has been released by the Information Desk of the HDP Head office. According to the report, after the special war concept of the AKP government was put into action, 1161 people have been killed during protests and destructions and in particular Suruç Massacre, Zergele Massacre, two massacres in Ankara and the blast in Diyarbakır. 214 of them haven't been identified yet.

According to the data of the report, "curfew" has been declared 64 times in Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Batman, Hakkari, Mardin, Muş, Elazığ and 22 districts and it has been imposed totally 1242 days.

Cizre

Curfew has been declared five times. The last curfew was declared on December 14, 2015. The curfew has continued in the district despite the announcement of "operation ended" on February 22, 2016. 291 people have been killed in the district since July 2015.

Silopi

Curfew has been declared two times until now. The last curfew was declared on December 14, 2015. The curfew has continued in the district despite the announcement of "operation ended" on January 20, 2016. 59 people have been killed in the district since July 2015.

Sur

Curfew has been declared six times in the district. The last curfew was declared in the district on December 2, 2015. The curfew has continued in the district despite the announcement of "operation ended" on March 9, 2016. About 87 people have been killed although not yet certain.

İdil

Curfew was declared in the district on February 16, 2016. The curfew has continued in the district despite the announcement of "operation ended" on March 8, 2016. 69 people have been killed during the blockade in the district.

Nusaybin

Curfew has been declared seven times in the district. The last curfew was declared on March 13, 2016. Curfew has been imposed on the district for 99 days. 125 people, including 26 executed people at the Qamilo Border, have been killed in the district.

Yüksekova

Curfew has been declared five times in the district. The last curfew was declared on March 13, 2016. The curfew has continued in the district despite the announcement of "operation ended" on April 20, 2016. 98 people have been killed in the district due to ongoing blockade.

Şırnak

Curfew was declared in the center of Şırnak on March 13, 2016. The curfew has been imposed on the district for 98 days. 96 people have been killed in Şırnak since July, 2015.

825 people have been killed in the blockade

825 people have been killed in the besieged towns Cizre, Silopi, İdil, Şırnak, Yüksekova, Nusaybin and Sur since July, 2015.
33 people were killed in Suruç Massacre, eight people were killed in Zergele Massacre, 129 people were killed in Ankara Massacre, 21 people were killed in Diyarbakır blast. 145 people were killed in during protests and destructions.
