MANBIJ - On the 30th day of operation to liberate Manbij, the neighborhood of Al-Asadiyê, where the house of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla is located, has been liberated.

Neighborhood of Al-Asadiyê has been liberated within scope of "The operation of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla" that launched to liberate Manbij. The neighborhood, where has been liberated by Manbij Military Council fighters, is the neighborhood where the house of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla is located. The operation was launched with the name of "Operation to liberate Manbij", then, the operation was renamed as "The operation of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla" after Commander Faysal Ebû Leyla fell during the Manbij operation.

The neighborhood, where mostly Kurds and Arabs live, is one km to the city center of Manbij.
