AMED – A Swedish delegation that came to be in solidarity with Nusaybin Municipality, visited the KJA (The Free Women's Congress) in Diyarbakır.

A delegation consisting of Söderhamn City Council members of Azad Faruk Aslan, Benny Gustafsson, Mats Lindström and a journalist Joakim Medin organized visits within the scope of the municipal twinning with Nusaybin Municipality. The delegation visited the KJA (The Free Women's Congress) in Diyarbakır. Benny stated that they wanted to see Nusaybin; however, they weren’t allowed to enter the town. Benny said, “We don’t know what is going on there and what is hidden from us. But we will be follower what is going on there.” The delegation will prepare a report and they will share the report with the public in Sweden.

The visits of the delegation will continue.
