Sibel's doctor: She may die if she isn't operated!

İSTANBUL - Professor Dr. Çetin Kotan, who operated Sibel Çapraz in Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Hospital, sent the report of Sibel to her lawyer. He stated in the report that Sibel may die if she isn't operated soon. As the doctor underlined that Sibel has serious life risk, Sibel's brother Necip Çapraz pointed out that Sibel is dragged to death.

Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Province General Assembly member Sibel Çapraz was seriously wounded when the police opened fire from armoured vehicles on 28 November 2015 in Yüksekova (Gever) district of Hakkari. She was sent to jail while her treatment wasn't completed. - Professor Dr. Çetin Kotan, who operated Sibel Çapraz in Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Hospital, sent the report of Sibel to her lawyer Banu Güvener. Professor Dr. Çetin Kotan stated in the report sent on July 12 that, "The patient had had an intestinal surgery on November 2015; she should have been operated three months later on January 2016 again; however she hasn't been operated until now. Sibel may die if she isn't operated soon."

Meanwhile, Sibel Çapraz's brother Necip Çapraz said that Sibel lives in poor conditions out of hygiene in Menemen R Type Prison. Delaying of intestinal surgery prevents the other three surgeries she should have. He said, "Doctors in Balta Limanı Kemik Hastanesi (Bone Hospital) tol us that Sibel would be operated her arm according to her health condition after intestinal surgery. These surgeries cannot be undergone one after another. Sibel should rest for a while after each operation. However, my sister is being dragged to death now."
