SHENGAL - Children, who rebuild their dream life with stones collected on Shengal Mountains where they have taken refuge due to attacks of ISIS, have become a hope for people against the difficult condition in their life.

Projects have been developed for rebuild ruined Shengal after attacks of ISIS. Even if many institutions and organizations have ideas in order to rebuild the city, no one has taken concrete steps yet. The regional government has collected money from intenational organizations on behalf of Shengal city where fighters made the supreme sacrifice in order to liberate; however, these money and aid haven't given the people yet and no one knows these aids are given to whom. In these circumstances, Shengal children have begun to rebuild their dream life. Working into groups children carry stones by putting them inside their t-shirts, small stonemasons put up wall with these stones. Sometimes, these children collect stones heavier than them and they give energy to the stonemasons.

They are children of edict… Neither edict nor dark policies planned on them will harm their innocent world and their smiles. Children are the world's most pure face in everywhere and everytime. They just need hope in order to be happy. Shengal children, who stay in tents with their mothers, build their homes for their mothers.

If a new world is built, the governance should be given to children. That time, world will be more livable and fair. What's certain that if children became administrators of this world, the lands wouldn't be watered with blood and everywhere would be playgrounds.
