Our editor Zehra Doğan, who covered Mardin's Nusaybin district where martial law has been imposed for months, was detained last night in Mardin's Yenişehir district with the Mazlum Kavak, deputy advisor of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Mardin MP Ali Atalan. Zehra and Mazlum have been held in Nusaybin Security Directorate.

Zehra and Mazlum are expected to be brought to the prosecutor today.
