Turkish soldiers opened fire on two civilians from Manbij who stayed in Bakurê (Northern) Kurdistan and wanted to turn back home by crossing the Girê Spî border. 28-year-old Xelîl El-Ebdella were killed by soldiers and other youth named Mihsin Îbrahîm El-Oso was wounded

As Xelîl El-Ebdella was shot by a bullet in the head and burn marks were found on his body.
