TIL TEMER - Women made evaluations on how education is importance Women said: "'Education improves the political and moral structures of society. We need education to have an equality and free life."

The education is the basis of Kurdistan Rojava Revolution. The Academies in Kurdistan Rojava purpose is to build a free and democratic life for women, men and youths. In Til Temir region of Cizîrê Canton, an Academy of Sciences and Thought was founded for people. Female members and administrators of the canton took education in the academy and they made evaluations on the importance of education.

Administrator of Martyr Viyan in the Hemra neighborhood of Til Temir city, Semîra Şukri, noted that the education is important to understand the history and said that: "Education is important to improve people in all areas. All members have been educated with a spirit of friendship. The education is important for people to know and understand their reality. Women had lost their rights and culture as a result of the power of systems; however, people understand what is right or not after taking education. The reality of ongoing system wants to enslave all women and leave them alone in the house. We should take education in order to overcome all these difficulties. We will understand the hidden history and realize the reality of many things by taking education. After we complete our education, we will mingle with the community and particularly women. We will share all information with them. I hope that all people in the society take their place in education. Without education we cannot be successful in the future. So that is why we must try to increase our knowledge."

Association of Solidarity member, Medya Îsa, also talked about the importance of education and said that: "'Education improves the political and moral structure of society. We need education to have an equality and free life. After taking education, I have understood that women can do everything that men do. Women also have the power, all characteristics of women have been stolen, and women should participate in education to empower themselves. After we complete the education, we will try to share the information and the hidden history to people. Education will take people from darkness to light. Now our goal is to build a free society and ideas."
