'Freedom Vigil' continues in Diyarbakır

AMED - "Freedom Vigil" that was launched in Diyarbakır has continued in the sixth day.
The "Freedom Vigil" that was launched in Diyarbakır's Koşuyolu Park to protest the ongoing isolation imposed upon the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan under the leadership of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Democratic Regions' Party (DBP) and Free Women's Congress (KJA) has continued in the sixth day.
The HDP Diyarbakır MP Feleknas Uca, the DBP and HDP provincial and district administrators and many citizens joined the vigil yesterday. Police blockaded Koşuyolu Park with armored vehicles. People shouted slogan, "No life without Leader". At the end of yesterday's vigil, the HDP called on all citizens to join its rally to be held on Sunday in Amed.
