The General Assembly of the TEV-DEM Diplomatic Relation member Ayhan Murad made evaluations on the process of Martyr Commander Faisal Abu Leyla Operation that launched on June 1, to liberate Manbij.

Ayhan pointed to the importance of liberating Manbij and said that: "Martyr Commander Faisal Abu Leyla Operation have acquired many gains. Manbij Military Council fighters have liberated many villages and saved many civilians in the region from ISIS. By liberating the villages of Manbij, a lot of civilians have got free from ISIS. This process becomes a hope for people.

Ayhan talked about the atrocity of ISIS implemented in Rojava: "Many people have tried to blacken the Martyr Commander Faisal Abu Leyla Operation; however, the true colors of these people have become clear day by day. Their aim is to break the peace in the region, and destroy the friendship between people. Turkey and its partners have carried this dirty politics; they want to completely block all solution. We will continue our struggle against these people and we'll protect our people against them."

Ayhan noted that self-defense is the right of all citizens and said that: "As everyone knows that the Rojava-Northern Syria Democratic Federal System has ended the discussions on social contact. I think that the best solution to resolve the present problems is Federal System. Everyone should protect their rights. This system will be the best for all people forever. The main task is to unite all people and make them to support each other and protect their autonomy."
