MANBIJ – Manbij Military Council announced that the northern city has been completely liberated from gangs.

Manbij Military Council has released a written statement concerning the northern Manbij. The statement reads: “The line of defense of Manbij Military Council and SDF (The Syrian Democratic Forces) fighters against ISIS gangs in the northern side of the Sacur Brook has been completed. Thus, our fighters have taken measures against potential attacks in the liberated region. "SDF fighters have returned to their emplacements to the south of the Sacur Brook, and Manbij Military Council fighters remain in defense position to the north of the Brook. As Manbij Military Council fighters, we announce that the operations in northern Manbij have ended and the operation will continue in southern Manbij.”
