NEWS CENTER- Shengal Êzidî Assembly is going to begin a hunger strike for the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in front of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT).

Shengal Êzidî Assembly will issue a press statement today in front of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT), who visited Abdullah Öcalan to investigate his conditions; however, hasn’t made any statement about him since then, in order to express their concerns over Abdullah Öcalan’s health and security. The indefinite and irreversible hunger strike will be begun after a press statement with participation of hundreds Kurdish people, who live in Germany, France and Switzerland.
