‘Curfew’ in Yüksekova

COLEMERG – A three-day curfew has been declared in Yüksekova following an attack on armored vehicle in the town.
A three-day curfew has been declared in Yüksekova district of Hakkari following an attack on an armored vehicle in the Güngör Neighborhood. The curfew was announced to people from a mosque in the district.
Meanwhile, Mardin Governorate announced that the curfew, which was declared on March 14 in Mardin’s Nusaybin district, has been extended 30 days. According to the statement of the governorate, the curfew will be imposed in Yenituran, Yeşilkent, Mor Yakup, 8 Mart, Gırnavas, Devrim, Selahaddin Eyyubi, Çatalözü, İpekyolu and Barış between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. for 30 days starting today.
The governorate office also informed that the 24-hour curfew has continued to be imposed in Abdulkadirpaşa, Fırat, Dicle, Yenişehir, Kışla and Zeynelabidin neighborhoods of Nusaybin.
