ŞIRNEX- A bomb attack targeting riot police directorate reportedly left at least 12 police died and 90 people, including 70 seriously, wounded in Cizre. As entrance and exit of the town has been closed, wounded civilians haven’t been taken to Cizre State Hospital.

A bomb-laden vehicle attack launched on riot police directorate in the Cizre district of Şırnak in the morning reportedly left at least 12 police died and 90 people, including 70 seriously, wounded. There were District Police Station and Police Lodging buildings in attack area.

According to reports received, three building have become unusable, three homes of civilians have been demolished and a woman named Elmas Tanış (50) has been wounded. Windows of around buildings were broken due to the blast and many people have been wounded as a result of glasses.

As killed and wounded police have been taken to Cizre State Hospital, wounded civilians haven’t been taken to the hospital.

According to local sources, the death toll can be rise.
