QAMIŞLO – Kongra Star Coordination evaluated Turkey’s entry into Jarablus and its attacks on villages by saying, “Occupation attacks of the Turkish state are not only on Rojava. If the democratic and liberal forces have resisted against attacks towards Kobane by interlocking around Rojava, the democratic forces and particularly the women’s movement in the world should stand up for the values of humanity that has been protected with Rojava resistance.”

Kongra Star Coordination released a written statement on Turkey’s entry into Jarablus. In the statement the coordination condemn the occupation attacks of Turkish state/AKP, KPP and gangs and call for raising the struggle to democratic forces and oppressed peoples against the fascist forces. The statement reads;

“ISIS gangs gave Jarablus to Turkey and allied groups in an arranged manner. The relationship between Turkish state and ISIS has been revealed with this handover once again. Fascist AKP/Turkish state want to annihilate the fraternity and values obtained by Kurdish, Arab, Assyrian, Turkmen, Circassian, Armenian and Druze peoples in the Northern Syria with occupation and massacre plan. International forces show once again that they support the policies of the Turkish state which wants to prevent the construction of Democratic Syria by not developing an attitude and behavior against this occupation for their political interests.

Occupation attacks of the Turkish state are not only on Rojava but also on all democratic forces. Therefore, if the democratic and liberal forces have resisted against attacks towards Kobane by interlocking around Rojava, then the democratic forces and particularly the women’s movement in the world should stand up for the values of humanity that has been protected with Rojava resistance.”
