MERSİN – Şirin Çoban and İlker İlkan, staff members of the daily Azadiya Welat, have been detained.

Şirin Çoban and İlker İlkan, staff members of the daily Azadiya Welat, were detained in the Şevket Sümer Neighborhood of Mersin’s Akdeniz district while going to their homes. As the reason for detention of Şirin and İlker has been unknown, Şirin was taken to Police Special Operations Department (TEM) Branch; no one knows where İlker İlkan was taken to.
