STRASBOURG – French police have attacked the hunger strike launched by the Shengal people with demands that Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan should be contacted immediately and Shengal’s status should be recognized. The KCDK-E issued a call inviting all Kurds to Strasburg.

French police have attacked the hunger strike launched by the Shengal people with demands that Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan should be contacted immediately and Shengal’s status should be recognized on the 19th day of the hunger strike. The police want to forcibly vacate the area where hunger strike is being staged. The Democratic People of Kurdistan Society Congress in Europe (KCDK-E) calls on the Kurds and their friends to come to the La Trés-Sainte-Trinité Church which is hosting the hunger strike.
