The PDK forces points their weapons at people not ISIS

MAXMUR – South Kurdistan people have also joined the protests that become widespread around the world against aggravated isolation upon the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. Yesterday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) pointed their weapons at Maxmur people, who wanted to join the protest in Hewler. The women call this approach as betrayal.
Yesterday, South Kurdistan people organized a protest in Hewler against aggravated isolation upon the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan by getting permission. The PDK peshmergas closed the entrance of Hewler, attacked the people and seized the outside broadcast vehicle of Newroz TV. Meanwhile, the PDK peshmergas blocked the group coming from Maxmur in order to join the protest and pointed their weapons at the people while they didn’t fight against ISIS during their attacks on Shengal in 2014.
The group consisted of mostly women and young people protested the PDK forces and women condemned the attack of the PDK and said that was a betrayal.
