WAN – “We support the given messages to the end. We are ready to do our part in order to carry out these messages in any case. As all mothers and Kurdish people, we will stand up for our leader’s message,” said women, who are pillars of support of the messages sent by the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

50 Kurdish politicians launched an indefinite-irreversible hunger strike on September 5 with demand of a meeting with the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan within the framework of the legal rules. The hunger strike bougth to a conclusion and Abdullah Öcalan’s brother Mehmet Öcalan went to Imralı Island and talked to Abdullah Öcalan. Abdullah Öcalan sent a solution message. Women continue to support the message. The women, who say they will do their part in order to carry out the message, agree that a solution is possible only with Abdullah Öcalan.

One of these women Berivan Bor said, “This message is very important for the Kurdish people. We can say that the solution is possible only with Abdullah Öcalan. His message should be evaluated very well in any case. We, as people, do everything for peace; however, the government hasn’t made a step for peace.”

Deputy Prime Minister Veysi Kaynak said, “The HDP understands the message by skewing it. Öcalan wants to talk to the state not the HDP.” Berivan reated to his speech and said, “Those who misunderstand the message are obvious. The HDP is a political party showed by Abdullah Öcalan. We will stand up for this message to the end. We will try all ways for peace.”

Another woman is Vesile Atsak and she underlined that Abdullah Öcalan always takes the side of peace and she said, “Abdullah Öcalan indicated that they can solve the issue in 6 months. We support the message to the end. We don’t want mothers cry anymore. We want to leave this slavery. This slavery will be ended and there will be peace with the message of Abdullah Öcalan. All mothers want peace. We are getting hurt and our children are being killed. Everyone should take a step for peace in order to prevent death. Our leader already took a step; the state party should take a step for peace.”

Xurşe Turgut, meanwhile, said, “Our leader never wants war. The war began following the words of the President “Solution process was put in the fridge”. The state should evaluate this message very well and take a step accordingly. We don’t want two parts die anymore. We will stand up for message of our leader. We will resist until we get our freedom and see our leader among us.”

Esmer Turgut said, “For two years, we are killed. If they had talked to our leader, no body would die now. We don’t want war. The solution brige is our leader. Our leader can bring peace to this country. Erdoğan should take a step immediately.”

Zekiye Kaya called upon all people to stand up for the message of Abdullah Öcalan.
