BÊDLİS – One woman was killed in the bombardment of warplanes on in the Çobansuyu village of Bitlis.

Warplanes bombarded the surroundings of Herde (Çobansuyu) village in Bitlis last night. According to information provided by the DBP (Democratic Regions Party) Bitlis provincial deputy co-chair Ercan Güzelkaya, the bombardment killed Radife Erdemir while working in her orchard, around 500 meters to the village.

Meanwhile, another villager named Abdulbaki Bizans was seriously wounded in the bombardment. The wounded citizen was taken to Tatvan State Hospital.
