ISTANBUL – The equipment of closed channels İMC TV, Hayatın Sesi TV and TV10 have been transferred to the TRT. Confiscated equipment will be taken to the TRT after being counted.

The regie rooms of the İMC TV, Hayatın Sesi TV and TV10 were sealed during the raid on their offices. Police and Financial Department officials raided the offices again today. Officials of the TRT (owned by the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) joined the raid today. Confiscated equipment will be taken to the TRT after being counted by channels’ staff members. As Alevis grandfathers (Dedeler: the leading authorities for the Alevis), representatives of the Alevi organizations, politicians and artists have hold a vigil in the building of the TV10 since last night, they have prevented the sealing of the building’s door by police.
