ANKARA – Members of the people’s house carried out a protest in front of the building of the AKP Ankara Provincial Directorate to condemn October 10 Ankara Massacre. Police attacked them and detained many people, including one of DİHA reporters.

Members of the people’s house wanted to march to the building of the AKP Ankara Provincial Directorate located in the Meşrutiyet Avenue in Ankara to condemn October 10 Ankara Massacre. They were stopped in Meşrutiyet Avenue by police. Then, the members of the people’s house gathered in front of the building of the AKP one by one and wanted to make statement there. Police attacked them and detained more than 10 people, including DİHA (Dicle News Agency) reporter Selami Aslan, Sendika.org reporter Dilara Doğanbaş, the members of the people’s house Betül Öztürk, Sercan Aran, Yandaş Türkyılmaz, Yusuf Sağlık, Sedat Kaplan, Emre Şimşek and Mustafa Eberliköse.
