Not only children but also adults watched Zarok TV. Kurdish people, who live in the West of Turkey, watched Zarok TV because it broadcasted in Kurdish. Mevlüde Silinsin is one of them. She stated that she was surprised there was a children’s channel among the closed channels. She said, “We live in the West and we watched only the closed channels. They shut down the channels we watched. We don’t watch channels anymore. All closed channels should be opened again.”
