MANBIJ- Women of El-Heye El-Sexîre Village Council held a meeting with high participation of women. Women stated that a women’s house will be opened.

A meeting was held by El-Heye El-Sexîre Village Council in Manbij in order to organize women. The meeting was begun with standing in silence. Member of the Village Council Şervîn Armanc gave a speech and she said women faced atrocity from ISIS and the Ba'th regime and continued: “Women always were subjected to atrocity of occupying forces and these forces always targeted women’s will. Women should organize themselves in all areas of life and carry out works in the areas of political, military and social. They must fight for their freedom and write their own history.”

Şervîn also said they would open a women’s house in order to protect women’s rights.
