KIRKÛK – Daesh attacked simultaneously on Kirkuk city center and its villages in the morning. Casualty has been reported and the attacks continue.

Daesh gangs simultaneously attacked on Kirkuk city center and its villages at 4 a.m. According to Rojnews, the first attacks on the city center began with suicide attacks in Dumis, Yek Ezeran and Heyvasti neighborhoods. Simultaneously with these attacks, Daesh gangs attacked the building of Police Headquarters. Clashes in the Police HQ and General Directorate of Electrical Power have continued. Although there isn’t certain information on the casualty, many casualties have been reported.

With the attacks on the Kirkuk city center, Daesh simultaneously attacked many villages in Tilwerde region of Kirkuk. Daesh attacked Xurava Mezin, Westane, Mucamme Şehit and Xurdade villages from three fronts and Muccamma Yermuk, Newafil and Meryem Beg where Kurdish forces are. Kurdish forces drove back the attacks. Clashes continued in the area.
